International Orders
International Orders, Shipping Etc?
 
At this time we only accept international orders on our importeccatalog.com catalog (Minimum order US$100.00) and our importecwarehouse.com promotional catalog (Minimum order $75.00). Orders minimums exclude shipping and core charges.
We DO NOT offer international shipping on our 3rd catalog - importecautoparts.com at this time, however, we will make an exception (to select countries only) - if you find a single item for $200.00 or more on this catalog, that is shipable with USPS, please call the order in, so that we can key it in for you.
All international orders, which include Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and a few select international destinations (See individual catalog checkouts for list of countries) are all shipped from our Dallas, Texas location. Unlike our domestic shipments,  we are not able to ship international orders from our numerous distribution warehouses, and often have to source the parts from multiple warehouse to complete the order - this can delay the shipment by 3 to 5 business days. Once all the parts are received and the order is compete, the order will be mailed to its international destination.  
At this time we only offer U.S.P.S. (EMS) Express Mail Services & U.S.P.S. Priority Mail as an option for all international shipments. All duties etc are the responsibility of the customer. Maling times vary by country, and estimated USPS shipping times can be delayed further by customs or servere weather conditions which are beyond our control. 
International customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which include replacement & return shipping costs due to a warranty replacement, defective or damaged part/s. We will only ship an order to an address that matches the billing address of the account holder - no third party addresses or dropshipments.
If your order does not have a shipping charges available at the time of order placement, we will email you USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail options before processing or charging the order. Once we receive your response email confiming the shipping option of your choice, only then will we bill your c/card, and begin processing the order.
