Do you price match?
  Yes, absolutely. Prior to purchasing your part, if you find the exact same brand part online for a substantially lower price than we have it for, call us, and if we are able to match the price, we will gladly do so. Please have the competitors online site available and also take into account whether they offer you *free ground shipping.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  At this time, only Texas residents pay (TX) 8.25% sales Tax.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal and continue to place your order. We also accept Google Checkout on site only. If the shipping address is different to the billing address, then we do require that the shipping address be listed with the card holders issuing bank, unless prior arrangement have been made or you are an existing repeat customer in our data base.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Our system will automatically email you an invoice once the oder is placed. If you need a copy invoice, please call or email us, and we will be happy to email
you a copy.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 10-14 business days FROM the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
