Domestic Orders (U.S. 50 States)
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

All domestic (50 US States) orders are processed immediately, so all changes should be done within a few minutes of placing the order - call or email us immediately after placing the order to make any changes. No changes to the order can be made once the order has been submitted to the distribution warehouse for processing. If you wish to make changes to an order or add an item once the order has been processed, you would have to create another order - unfortunately shipping charges will apply to the new order if it does not meet our free shipping eligibility requirement. Please check your quantities of your order before submitting the order. If an item does not allow you to add the required quantity, this may be a result of that warehouse only having a limited amount of that item available - in such cases, please call and we can check stock availability of that item in another warehouse, and update the quantity or place the order for you.

My order never arrived.
  Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer immediately service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If your shipment is missing an item, or items, this could be because we never had the complete order to ship from a single location, and the missing item/s were shipped from an alternate location. Your complete order (multiple shipments) should arrive within 1-2 business days of one another. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. If you do not receive the complete order within a day or two of receiving the first package, please contact us immediatly to begin a shipper investigation.
When will my backorder arrive?
  We do not backorder items at this time. If we do not have an item in stock we will call or email you to offer you other options.
